North Whatcom Fire and Rescue Promotes Captain

Lieutenant Adam Smith was promoted to Captain effective Monday, May 17, 2021. He will assume the role of the D Shift Captain at Birch Bay Station 63.

His wife Jamie, and family were invited to participate in a pinning ceremony at Laurel Station 69 on Friday, May 14, 2021. His wife pinned on his new badge and bugles.

Adam has been with the districts since 2006.
