In need of a Public Records Request?

To obtain copies of incident reports, fire investigations, underground storage tank information, or billing records, please fill out a public records request below (PRR Form) and submit:

Medical records can only be released with written authorization from the patient or guardian.

NWFR will then do one of the following:

Make the records available for inspection or copying: or If copies are requested and payment made, if required, is received, send the copies to the requestor; or Provide a reasonable estimate of when the records will be available; or If the requestor is unclear or does not sufficiently identify the requested records, request clarification from the requestor which may affect the original timeline; or Deny the request.

Please indicate the following in reference to the charges and fees set forth in North Whatcom Fire and Rescue’s Public Records Policy and Procedure (check all that apply):(Required)
